Terms of Service
Last updated 26 June 2026
1. What Dawerlee is
Dawerlee is a technology platform (an online marketplace) that helps employers and service workers across the GCC find and contact each other. Through Dawerlee, employers can browse worker profiles and pay to reveal a worker's contact details; workers can publish a profile so employers can find them.
Dawerlee is not a recruitment agency, labor supplier, staffing firm, or employer. We do not employ the workers listed on the platform, we do not recruit on behalf of employers, and we are not a party to any agreement, employment relationship, or arrangement between a worker and an employer. We provide the platform; the relationship is between you and the other party.
Dawerlee is operated by Dawerlee Co. W.L.L. (Commercial Registration No. 501532), Murqab, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
By creating an account or using Dawerlee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Dawerlee. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Accounts must represent real people and real businesses. Impersonation, fake profiles, and accounts created on someone else's behalf without authorization are not permitted.
3. Worker profiles — you author and own your information
If you register as a worker, you create and maintain your own profile. You upload and control your information — your name, contact details, photo, CV, work history, skills, and availability. Dawerlee never creates a worker profile on your behalf, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of everything you publish.
Dawerlee may send you reminders, prompts, and suggestions to keep your profile complete and up to date (for example, to add a CV, skills, or a photo). These are conveniences — we facilitate; you author. You decide what to publish, and you can edit or remove your information at any time.
You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it on Dawerlee, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and share it through the platform as needed to operate the service (including showing your non-contact information publicly and your contact details to an employer who has paid to reveal you).
4. For employers — browsing, revealing, and contacting workers
Employers can browse worker profiles for free. A worker's private contact details are hidden until you pay to reveal that worker. Revealing a worker gives you access to their contact information so you can reach out directly.
Revealed contact information is provided to you for legitimate hiring purposes only. You agree not to resell it, publish it, share it with third parties, add it to marketing lists, or use it to harass, defraud, or spam anyone. Misuse of revealed contact information is a serious breach of these Terms.
5. Fees and payments
Dawerlee charges for access to the platform — for example, to reveal a worker's contact details, for subscription plans, and for optional add-ons such as a branded CV or a featured listing. Posting a job is free.
All fees are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and displayed before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, MyFatoorah; Dawerlee does not store your full card details. Prices and plans may change over time, but changes do not affect a purchase you have already completed.
What you are paying for is access, not an outcome. A reveal pays for access to a worker's contact details — it does not guarantee that the worker will respond, that they are available, suitable, or honest, or that a hire will result. Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, completed access purchases — including contact reveals and add-ons such as a branded CV or featured listing — are non-refundable once the access has been delivered or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from your account, which stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
6. No employment relationship, no visa or sponsorship
Dawerlee facilitates an introduction. Everything that follows the introduction is between the worker and the employer. This includes interviews, hiring decisions, job offers, contracts, wages, working conditions, and termination.
Dawerlee does not perform any visa, residency, iqama, work-permit, or sponsorship process, and does not transfer sponsorship between employers. We are not involved in, and take no responsibility for, immigration or labor-law compliance arising from any introduction made through the platform. Both parties are responsible for ensuring that any hiring and any work performed comply with the applicable laws of their country.
Dawerlee does not guarantee any hiring outcome and is not responsible for the acts, conduct, or omissions of any worker or employer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse revealed contact information (see Section 4); post false, misleading, unlawful, or offensive content; harass, threaten, or defraud other users; impersonate any person or business; scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform by automated means; attempt to bypass payment or the contact-reveal gate; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe create a risk to other users or to Dawerlee.
8. Intellectual property
Your content remains yours. The Dawerlee name, logo, design, and software are owned by Dawerlee Co. W.L.L. and may not be copied or used without our permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Dawerlee is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep profiles useful and to screen the platform, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, identity, qualifications, or conduct of any worker or employer. Any verification or screening we perform is limited and is not a guarantee or a formal background check. You are responsible for your own checks before hiring or accepting work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawerlee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a hiring decision, an interaction between users, the conduct of any user, or your reliance on information published by a user. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawerlee's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Dawerlee in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) KD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dawerlee and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability) continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users. Continuing to use Dawerlee after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
